Managing Director
Prior to taking on the mantle of Managing Director of Apt Career Services, Alexander Castelino was formerly with Tishman Speyer India (an American multi-national real estate and fund management company) for as part of the senior management and was Sr. Director heading and directing the Human Resources function for the India operations of Tishman Speyer, New York.

He has spent over 18 years working in the areas of Human Resources Management and Corporate Services with companies like Ascendas India (part of the Ascendas group, Singapore) where he was Vice President – Corporate Services, ITPL (Tata Group & Singapore Joint Venture) and Tata Advanced Materials Limited.

Alexander Castelino holds an MSW with specialization in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management.
Director
Glen Brass has over 25 years of experience in the gamut of HR management. Prior to the formation of Apt Career Services, he was part of senior management as Director with Societe Generale Global Solution Centre, (part of the Societe Generale Banking Group, Paris) heading HR and Corporate Governance.

He has also worked with ANZ Information Technology Pvt. Ltd. (The technology division of ANZ Banking Group), Motorola, Yokogawa Keonics, and the UB group.

Glen Brass is a Masters in Political Science with focus on Organization and Management and public personnel administration and has other academic qualifications in Industrial Relations and Labour Law.
